The truth is that the General Circulation Regulation specifies in its article 91.2 that they are considered “stopping or parking in dangerous places or that seriously impede circulation those that constitute a risk or obstacle to movement in the following cases:
c) When the normal use of the exit passage or access to a building for people or animals is hindered, or of vehicles in a correctly marked ford».
According to this regulation, it is technically possible to park at the door of an unmarked garage, but the reality is that there are already cases in which justice has ruled in favor of the owner of a vehicle parked in front of a garage not marked with the license plate.
