“Melody (Sarah Yarkin), her teenage sister Lila (Elsie Fisher), and their friends Dante (Jacob Latimore) and Ruth (Nell Hudson) head to the remote town of Harlow, Texas to start an idealistic new business venture. Interestingly, it seems that they are copying the formula of The halloween night (2018). Since in those movies, Laurie StrodeJamie Lee Curtis she was the survivor of the original massacres and now that she had returned Michael Myers, she was seeking revenge, along with two more generations of women in her family (her daughter and granddaughter). Whereas in Texas Chainsaw Massacre return Sally Hardesty interpreted by Olwen Fourewhile in the original it was the actress Marilyn Burns who gave him life.
