De la Rosa belongs to the senior management team of the local office, reporting to Fernando Sánchez and from the product side, to Juan Pablo Suárez, VP Performance, Teads Latam. With this appointment, he will lead efforts to incorporate new clients and provide support to commercial teams, with a view to expanding market share. Similarly, the Head of Performance is responsible for consolidating the company’s expertise in performance solutions, as well as identifying trends and audience needs to promote the development of state-of-the-art tools for advertisers and publishers.
With 12 years of experience working at leading digital marketing companies such as Antevenio and Havas, De la Rosa is a performance marketing expert with a strategic vision focused on high performance, loyalty and revenue maximization. He has managed highly specialized teams in different business units with services, such as Adops, SEM-SEO, CRM, E-Commerce and programmatic buying.
