5G and better image quality for the mid-range
In addition to 5G, TCL also emphasizes the screen of its devices, as it has done in its smartphones for a long time, by integrating its NXTVISION technology to deliver a better content consumption experience, with better colors and contrast, in addition to the possibility to improve the quality from SDR to HDR. In this regard, the larger model boasts HDR10 certification.
Going into more technical details, both smartphones have LCD panels, the largest of 6.67 inches with FullHD + resolution and a hole in the screen, in the center of the upper part, and the smallest goes up to 6.82 inches, but with HD + resolution and drop notch.
For power, the TCL 20 5G integrates the Snapdragon 690 chipset, which provides 5G connectivity, with 6 GB of RAM and versions of 128 and 256 GB of storage. On the back, it integrates three cameras with a 48-megapixel main sensor and on the front 8 megapixels take care of selfies. Returning to the rear, there is no fingerprint sensor, instead, it is integrated on the side, in the power button. Finally, the battery is 4,500 mAh with 18W fast charging.
On the other hand, the TCL 20 SE integrates a Snapdragon 460 chipset with 4 GB of RAM and versions with 64 and 128 GB of storage. The cut in power makes up for it with four cameras, but with variations depending on the market: one model will have a 48-megapixel main sensor and another 16 megapixels, but both are accompanied by 5 megapixels ultra wide-angle and two sensors of 2 megapixels each for macro. and depth. The cameras are accompanied by a fingerprint sensor on the back.
