The new version of the well-known science fiction game called System Shock which was released in 1994 is already on its way, although there is no official release date yet. Many consider the original video game to be one of the best techno-horror games in history and some even compare it to titanic titles such as SOMA Y bio shock. The expectations for this new version are very high and many players are eager to see what Nightdive Studios has to offer in this remake of System Shock. During the gamescom A trailer was revealed that revealed some details about the video game.

The trailer begins with the unmistakable voice of SHODANthe omnipotent artificial intelligence that is actually the villain and main antagonist in System Shock. The rest of the trailer shows what players can expect in the full game. A sinister and dark sci-fi remake based on the original that premiered nearly three decades ago. Naturally, there is a huge difference in terms of visuals between this upcoming remake and the source material.
Undoubtedly, many of those who remember having played the classic in pc will be excited about this new version, when it finally sees the light. There has been a pretty big release of trailers about this remake of System Shock that have been published since it was officially announced. It was originally scheduled to be released in 2020, but due to various circumstances the game was delayed and it is not yet known when it will be released, but hopefully it will be throughout this year. Perhaps an exact date will be announced soon.
In addition to all this, it is possible that the developer of System Shock not finished yet. Not a long time ago, Nightdive Studios he said he would like to remaster Unreal, another classic game from the 90’s era for PC. It remains to be seen if this will be officially confirmed at some point.
