Zara surprises us one more season with his Studio collection. Delicate and strong. Powerful and sweet. The new garments are a true crush, a collection created by the Zara Studio design team together with the stylist Karl Templer and whose result is impressive. You are going to want it all!
The new proposals are made with very special materials, and the brand defines it as “a collection for women who see no contradiction in being as eternally romantic as they are fiercely decisive: unapologetic heroines in the love story of life”.
Among the new garments, options that make the difference, stand out the prints paisley, lace, ruffles, broderie anglaise, chiffon and tulle they blend into a seductive whole that spans different eras to encapsulate modernity.
The victorian collars coexist with the pants boot cut from the 70s, representing the sporty side of luxury. Full shoulders, tight waists and wide skirts that envelop the feminine silhouette, as well as defined details in tailoring, belts, bodices and fittings… complete this very special collection.
The collection is presented through a campaign filmed and photographed so that the fashion proposals reflect and highlight female empowerment and strength. For this, a casting of inspiring women has been chosen with models such as Quinn Mora, Rianne Van Rompaey, Lina Zhang, Tess McMillan, Amar Akway, Jessica Stam, Georgia Palmer, Edie Campbell and Marie Sophie Wilson, her already famous 57-year-old model. A campaign signed by Steven Meisel and Fabien Baron.
Collection for boys and girls
The Zara Studio Kids Spring-Summer 2022 collection is mischievous and sparkling, inspired by a round of Truth or Dare. The launch is celebrated with a film by creative director Fabien Baron and photography by Gregory Harris. Lights, camera, let’s play! An energetic group of cool kids take part in a revealing game of Truth or Dare. In a series of vignettes, filmed and with Polaroid photographs, we observe how the stars of the Zara Studio Kids campaign appear rebellious, playing with character, like a stage curtain.
A nostalgic nod to a 1990s elementary school auditorium, this backdrop is lit with low-key colored lights and flashing projections.
Bohemian, 70s-style garments and fresh 90s grunge define the new children’s collection, where the mix of prints, colors and textures stand out.
Floral print shirt dresses, embroidered western shirts, sequined skirts, striped shirts and strawberry detail knitwear, metallic bomber jackets, Snoopy t-shirts, surfer tie dye hoodies, skater shorts, hooded sweatshirts palm tree print and t-shirts with smiling faces and camouflage anoraks are the protagonists of the new proposals. Accessories include sparkly cowboy boots, rhinestone shoes, trucker hats and bunny bags.Photos | Zara
