Social networks have become the best communication tool for people, which is why it is normal to find any type of information in these media today. This is the case of a video that circulates on social networks where an Internet user explains that it is the first time that he sees a large number of Whitexicans on the subway traveling on that public transport to attend the Grand Prix (GP) of Mexico, and all thanks to the Mexican pilot Sergio “Checo” Pérez.
Internet users have grown, before that the Digital Global Report 2022revealed that social network users currently grew by 227 million over the past year, reaching a total of 4.7 billion at the beginning of July 2022.
Likewise, the Reuters Institute’s digital news report indicates that people are now 2.5 times more likely to turn to social media for news than to turn to print newspapers and magazines, which is why discussions in these media are more common.
“Whitexicans” arrive by subway at the Mexican GP
Through the TikTok social network, a video has gone viral where you can see a group of people considered “whitexicans” traveling in the Mexico City Metro, to attend the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Mexico.
In the recording that has gone viral, the Internet user explained that all this is thanks to the power of the Mexican pilot, who is one of the favorites.
Likewise, the user who shared the recording on the Chinese social network maintains that this can be called “inclusion”.
“He believed that this reflects the good side of public transportation in Mexico City,” says one of the comments.
“If the subway seemed from another country on Saturday, October 29,” says another Internet user.
As well as this type of video, others have emerged that are for the Grand Prix festivity here in CDMX, where social networks become the preferred medium of people.
