Now that the second volume of the fourth season of stranger things has been revealed last Friday, Netflix has uploaded the last two episodes of the series, which were full of action, scares and great emotional moments for their fans, they were named “Dad” Y “The Piggy Back”and were written by the creators Ross Duffer and Matt Duffer, but there were a couple of great lines that were improvised by the actors on the spot.
This was revealed by the official Twitter account of the writers of Stranger Things, where today they revealed some of the great moments that were improvised by Joseph Quinn (Eddie Munson) and Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair): “‘I love you, man’ was improvised by Joe”@strangerwriters shared, as well as: “‘Erica Help’ Was Improvised by Caleb”.
“I’m excited for people to see the season”McLaughlin previously shared during a recent interview: “We’ve been filming it right now for the last year and a half, two years because of COVID. I’m really excited for everyone to see the season. It’s definitely different from the last two seasons.”
“The stories are crazy. It’s going to be really exciting to see what people think about this. As I’m talking about this, I’m thinking about what we’ve been shooting and I’m like, ‘Wow. Nobody knows what will come. It’s crazy.'”
Also, matt duffer explained why the fourth season was split into two parts: “A lot of that had to do with the fact that we had characters spread across three locations and we had a lot more plot. It must be four times the plot we had in season 3. That was our fun blockbuster season. This season we knew that Season 5 would be the last, we had to start revealing a lot of things.”
“The more we wrote, the more we realized that we need more time for these revelations to come, for these stories to work. Halfway through we knew we needed to ask Netflix for nine episodes instead of eight and when we started shooting we realised, ‘Oh, these are mega long episodes.'”
