According to the publication, the street business is located at the Francisco Villa Durango National Fair (Fenadu) and after the video went viral, the skewer shop was closed by the authorities.
Therefore, the director of Fenadu 2023 has asked the public for a vote of confidence, and assured that an organizing team is vigilant to guarantee that all food stalls comply with the corresponding sanitary measures.
Likewise, it is stated that according to the version of the business owners it was not with commercial logic. “They give their testimony, that they are looking for the wands to light the fire,” said Lauro Arce, director of Fairs and Tourist Tours.
As the authorities also indicated that citizens who have consumed skewers will have to take their testimony.
“If any of the consumers wants to come to give their testimony, it will be taken into account. We said it from the beginning, that we would be vigilant about the issue of food, especially the yellow fan. Any incident that citizens do us the favor of communicating. The commitment is to listen and act immediately, ”he said.

Like this recording, there are others on social networks, where it is the diners themselves who expose a food outlet for its lack of health in its food and facilities.
A case that also went viral was the beer vendors in various baseball stadiums, where they filled the glasses with the leftovers of the others, making clear the lack of hygiene that these have in the products they sell.
