Brian Requarth It is a shark from the new season of Shark Tank Mexico. He built a real estate company called long live real which grew from two to more than 500 employees and grossed more than $74 million in revenue.
He is originally from California, USA; and the best-selling author in Amazon for his best-seller VIVA el Emprendedor, founding, scaling and raising venture capital in Latin America.
He highly values second-journey entrepreneurs, those who already have a second business or more. “In my case, I took several ventures to have a success story,” he admits.

His company Viva Real was bought by Zap Imóveis, a company specializing in real estate. Later, Grupo Zap was acquired by OLX Brazil, an e-commerce website. Now an angel investor, Brian Requarth has invested in more than 80 technology startups in Brazil and Latin America.
He advises founders to make their pitch shorter. For Brian it is vital to be obsessive with communication. “Without effective feedback, every structure collapses,” says Brian Requarth on his social media.
