The first-person horror game inspired by HR Giger from EbbSoftwarewas first announced as a Kickstarter project in 2014. After great reception, Scorn was announced for Xbox and Game Pass launching sometime in 2021, but was ultimately delayed until October 2022. Although, after the confirmed Starfield and Redfall delay for the first quarter of 2023, many players have been wondering if the Ebb title would go through the same thing again, but luckily for everyone, Scorn reaffirms its launch for October 2022 and direct arrival in the Game Pass catalog.
It has been through the official account of the game via Twitter where we have known this great news, thanks firstly to a user’s tweet about the hope that Scorn will not be delayed again. That’s where the official Scorn account appeared, confirming that “we’re still on track for our October release!«.
We’re still on track for our launch this October!

The horror game Scorn, which comes out of Game Pass, is shown in a new teaser
Scorn is an atmospheric first-person horror adventure game set in a nightmarish universe of strange shapes and shadowy tapestries. It is designed around the idea of ”being thrown into the world.” Isolated and lost within this dream world, you will explore different interconnected regions in a non-linear way. The haunting setting is a character in itself. Each location contains its own theme (story), puzzles, and characters that are critical to creating a cohesive world.
