The Saudi Arabian government has decided confiscate products in which the colors of the rainbow predominate.

According to the official explanation: they do it because they evoke the LGBT Pride flag and because they promote homosexuality in children.
Saudi Arabia and other countries: against Pride Month
The confiscation of products is the latest in a series of measures that Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries have taken against articles, art and expression that, according to each of those governments, promote homosexuality.
A few days ago, several countries, including the United Arab Emirates, for example, lifted the Pixar film Lightyear from theaters because they say it violates the standards set by “offending beliefs”, “violating public morality” and “producing confusion in the public”.

Other films have also been calcelated for similar reasons. Governments understand that by presenting homosexual characters or promoting LGBT rights, they affect the laws of those countries.
In Syria, for example, objects were also confiscated because of “their many colors.”

In a video on Twitter, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce shows its officials going through stores and inspecting toys, notebooks, backpacks and other products looking for colors similar to those of the rainbow.
“Our control teams make rounds at points of sale seizing and confiscating items that have symbols and signs that call for aberration and contradict the correct nature. Sanctions are also imposed on businesses in violation, ”says the publication.
Those episodes are also part of the news of the state television channel Al-Ekhbariya as something positive for the country and a ministry employee said of a product that “indirectly promotes homosexuality is a poisoned message that points to the innocence of the youngest.”
