The publication that has been recorded since Thursday, February 23, has not been answered by the customer service account of the Mexican brand.
In Mexico, the body in charge of regulating this type of complaint is the National Council to Prevent Discrimination (Conapred). This is a State body created by the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination, approved on April 29, 2003, and published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on June 11 of the same year.
