Technology specialists are already warming up for the new edition of the great electronics fair in Las Vegas. CES 2022, to be held at the beginning of the new year, will receive the important news from Rightware, a Finnish specialist who has developed the new HMI interface compatible with Android, “Kanzi One”.
Large digital displays have become a maxim among manufacturers. Gone are the digital instrument panels under the usual dashboard visor, progressing towards a new on-board experience, as defined by the brands. The new models that hit the market, especially the Premium ones, have made a significant leap forward in this field in just a few years.
But also the generalists have opted for this resource that dazzles potential clients. Opel is one of the most common brands that has been completely renewed, betting on equipping its new generation of models with a large screen that fuses the instrument section and the touch section in one piece of the infotainment and navigation system. And the Finns at Rightware don’t want to miss out on this state-of-the-art party, introducing their new HMI -man-machine- interface compatible with the Android operating system.
Kanzi One promises a graphic revolution on car screens
Kanzi One is the world’s first technological solution with this configuration, displayed on a large screen that occupies the entire dashboard, with high-resolution 3D graphics and photorealistic rendering graphics performance. An important step forward for manufacturers who can incorporate this technology into their future models, setting themselves apart from the competition.
Rightware sources point out that the “Kanzi One system allows vehicle manufacturers to design and develop their own user interfaces at a speed and agility that was not previously thought possible, as the programming language is significantly reduced compared to systems conventional, setting new standards in the automotive sector ”.
The Finns already have a beta version of this new platform, estimating that they will reach the new edition of the great electronics fair to be held in Las Vegas, CES, in early 2022, with the final version. A system that will be made available to manufacturers who want it, which will save costs and quickly have a very sophisticated digital dashboard.
