A recent study reveals that, by 2022, legal marijuana sales will reach 22 billion dollars globally.
By 2025, sales are expected to reach $33 billion.
According to the United Nations Organization (UN), the number of marijuana consumers reached 275 million during the last year.
Social networks have made a video viral in which a regal user of the subway is seen, who, in the middle of the car, seems to be smoking marijuana, achieving the applause of the other passengers and a large number of Internet users.
In recent years, the debate on the use of marijuana has become one of the most debated, not only in the “official” discussion forums (conferences, papers, etc.), but also in society itself, there has been talk about the topic.
In that sense, the study The Global Cannabis Report: Growth & Trends Through 2025 estimates that, by 2022, legal sales of this herb will reach 22 billion dollars at a global level and the figure does not detract, on the contrary, it is strengthened to 2025 in which sales will be reaching, it is estimated, the 33 billion dollars.
On the other hand, according to the annual report of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) of the United Nations Organizationthe number of marijuana users reached 275 million during the last year.
This means that, compared to 2010, there are 22 percent more consumers around the world, a fact that increasingly puts the issue of its legalization on the table.
Similarly, the UNODC itself mentions that the American continent brings together a community of 59.13 million marijuana users, just below the Asian continent and its 61.46 million consumers.
Recently, on social networks, the video that originally would have been uploaded to TikTok (it has already been removed from the platform) has gone viral and which shows a young man in the subway of the city of Monterrey, where, apparently, he is smoking marijuana .
According to what can be seen in the images, far from claims, the event and the daring of the user received the applause of some users who were in the same car, who, in addition, did not hesitate to shout “let him role it” .
As we mentioned above, the original video has already been deleted from TikTok, but on other social networks, such as Twitter, it still remains on the digital stage.
