To do the reducing massage for legs, follow these steps on foot:
- First, pour a generous amount of firming cream into your legs.
- Lying down, place your fingers on the groin and with them begin to make a pressure movement, lightly pulling the skin.
- Then, take a part of your legs with both hands and bring them together as if trying to twist them. Remember to always exert some pressure. Repeat this step with each part of the leg, which you want to reduce.
- Another alternative is to take part of the legs with both hands and begin to apply pressure to it with upward movements.
Reducing massage 2
To do this reducing massage, you can use firming cream or almond oil. And, follow these directions:
- Generously apply the cream or almond oil on the legs. It is necessary to insist that almond oil contributes effectively to reduce cellulite and stretch marks.
- Take a part of your leg from one side and applying pressure, move it to the other. Make sure that the pressure you exert is not excessive. Otherwise, you could get a bruise.
- After 10 seconds, relax your leg.

- Apply the liquid glycerin on the legs. Meanwhile, massage gently and circularly.
- Well applied glycerin, you will begin to perform basic movements of friction, kneading and tapping. For this, take the area you want to lose weight with both hands and massage little by little. Try to apply good pressure to help mobilize the accumulated fats in that area.

- Clean very well the part of your legs that you want to massage. If you prefer, you can add a little alcohol.
- With a soft sponge, massage the area of your legs using circular movements and applying a little pressure on them.

- With both hands, massage the leg from top to bottom and from bottom to top. Press hard and rest for a few seconds.
