INGREDIENTS
- 2 legs of Norwegian Red King Crab
- 2 limes
- 1 red chilli
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh ginger (root)
ELABORATION
Peel and grate the ginger root, split the chilli very small, and mix both ingredients in a bowl with the juice of a lime and two tablespoons of oil.
We extract the meat from the crab legs, and in a hot pan with a few drops of oil we make it, round and round. Season with salt and pepper.
At the time of serving, arrange the crab meat on a plate, sprinkle it with the dressing, and garnish with lime.
