In 2017 we saw the arrival of Resident Evil 7, a game that revitalized this series. Since then, Capcom hasn’t missed a single opportunity to point out how well this installment has done in sales. Is so today it has been confirmed that this title has exceeded 10 million units distributed worldwide.
According to previous data provided by Capcom, this means an increase of 200 thousand units compared to what was reported in the summer of this year. With this update, Resident Evil 7 reaffirms its position as the best-selling game in the entire series, followed by the remake of Resident Evil 2 with just over eight million units to its name.
