Many classic and current generation games are offered through the Extra and Premium subscription levels of Playstation Plus. Before the PS Plus tiered service was launched, free trials were common for both PS Plus and PS Now, allowing players to try the services before investing.
The opportunity appears again, since PlayStation is offering free trials to players in some regions of the world. The Extra and Premium levels of PSPlus they are available for $99.99 and $119.99 respectively. Subscribers can access an ever-expanding catalog such as PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 games.
Additionally, the subscribers Premium have access to a growing library of compatible PS1, PS2 and PSP games. PS Now benefits are included in the Premium tier, allowing subscribers to stream classic PS3 games on PS4 and PS5. PlayStation is launching 7-day free trials of subscriptions PS Plus Extra Y Premium in all Europe. Users who have not yet purchased a PS Plus subscription can redeem the free trial, and a credit card is required to sign up. One of the first countries to receive PS Plus Extra and Premium free trials is Poland. Free trials are expected to launch across the region on July 19.
PlayStation has not confirmed the availability of free trials of PSPlus Extra and Premium in the United States, Japan or Mexico. However, the existence of free trials of PS Plus and PS Now in the past means that the new trials are likely to launch in more regions soon after the European launch.
