At the end of last year, several well-known journalists and insiders leaked the existence of different projects that will be completely exclusive to Xbox and that have not been announced at the moment. Although, the list is very interesting, since they will be very different games: Project Shaolin, Project Indus, Project Cobalt, Project Dragon, Project Belfry and Project Pentiment. Various details of all these projects have already been leaked, but now, the editor of Windows Central, Jez Corden, has confirmed some leaked details of Project Indus, which could also appear in the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase.
Thanks to a recent job offer from Oxide Games posted by Idle Sloth via Twitter, it has been confirmed that the studio is working on a triple A turn-based strategy game. Yes ok, Jez Corden replied to said tweet, confirming the latest leaks that Project Indus would be a turn-based strategy gamewith a style very similar to Civilization and with city building mechanics, resource management, diplomacy, espionage, wars and more.
Indus is real and has been in development for a few years. This is a game I hope we *could* see at Microsoft’s Xbox/Bethesda “E3” show. I heard this is a pretty big game, 4X strategy (like Civilization).

Heard that this is a fairly large game, 4X strategy (think like Civ). https://t.co/zcChx3QzZ5

Jez has also heard that Indus might be coming to Xbox One, though he’s not sure to confirm. Now, knowing that Project Indus could appear in the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, hopefully in just a month we can find out. To conclude, we remind you that of all these projects, it was commented a few months ago that Belfry and Pentiment would arrive throughout this 2022so we will have to be very attentive to the Xbox and Bethesda event, since it is rumored that most xbox studios would have something to show.
