After the problems that some fans had To enter the concert of the Puerto Rican singer, the Federal Consumer Attorney’s Office (Profeco) opened a microsite so that people who were denied entry can formally present their complaints against the Ticketmaster ticket company.
Let us remember that the chaos occurred at the entrance of the Azteca Stadium, on Friday the 9th and Saturday the 10th, after thousands of reports from fans who bought their tickets for the concert and when they entered they were denied entry for allegedly having tickets false.
Given this, the name of the Ticketmaster box office continues to generate controversy, winning trends in social networks and outside of them, where those affected are already preparing a class action to answer for the facts.
Ricardo Sheffield, head of the Federal Consumer Attorney’s Office (Profeco), pointed out that Ticketmaster is already refunding tickets to affected users at the Bad Bunny concert.
According to the Federal Consumer Attorney, the details about the meeting he had with Ticketmaster will be released next Monday during the morning of the president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

As has happened in other consumer complaints against brands and companies, Profeco has carried out an entire operation to protect the people affected.
Through social networks, Profeco invited people with legitimate Bad Bunny concert tickets to formalize their complaints and reports by entering the microsite to claim a refund of the cost of the ticket plus 20 percent compensation.

In this sense, on the microsite, Profeco tells you how to request a refund, this platform can be accessed through the official Twitter account of the Attorney General’s Office.
When entering the microsite, a “claim request” will be displayed, where the sections must be filled out with the name of the affected party, telephone number, email, ticket purchase method, branch or ticket office where the ticket was obtained, order number, date of purchase and a description of what happened.

In addition, for those affected, the platform asks to attach in a PDF format, a readable file with the photo of each ticket and an official identification.
The Profeco reported that to fill out all the required fields, those affected must have on hand a photograph of their official identification, proof of payment of their ticket or tickets and their folio number.
It is not the first time that Profeco has activated microsites for the use of consumers, since in the past Good End, it also shared on a website which were the most followed places to make purchases.
