Few studios have done as many works throughout their career as iconic as Valve, the owners of Steam. In its history we can find authentic masterpieces such as Half Life, Portal or Left 4 Dead, and its sequels were even better than the originals. Although, unfortunately, we are all still waiting for the third installment of one of these sagas, Portal writer can’t wait for Valve to make Portal 3.
On the podcast of KiwiTalkzErik Wolpaw, writer of the two Portal installments and co-writer of Half Life: Alyx has expressed his wish that Valve start developing the third Portal installment, since according to him, he has a feeling that if they wait any longer, many of the team will be too old to work on it.

After the excellent reception that all users and critics had with Half Life: Alyx, many of us thought that if they repeated this same strategy with Portal, it would be one of the best moves the company could make. Still relegated to VR alone, Alyx proved to be a groundbreaking work in many ways, just like the previous two installments were in their time, so we hope that Valve makes the dream of many come true, and allows us to visit the Aperture Science laboratories again.
