The announcement that after a long time we will see Persona 5 on Xbox was surprising and very happy for many fans of the brand. During the recent Xbox and Bethesda Games 2022 keynote, Atlus revealed that Persona 5 would be one of three Persona series titles to be ported to PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, as well as coming to Xbox Game Pass. Now, the Japanese company has just revealed that the Xbox and Windows versions of the game will launch with more than 40 downloadable content.
With the launch of Persona 5 Royal, scheduled for October, fans will finally be able to experience this famous saga on Microsoft consoles for the first time. In a recent blog post on the official Japanese Persona site, Atlus has shared new information about the release of Persona 5 on Xbox and PC. According to the post, the game will launch with more than 40 DLC. This includes a variety of character outfits from across the Persona series, item packs that will help enhance the early game, and battle challenge content with powerful enemies. Cosmetic items from other Atlus titles will also be included.

Among those are included titles like Catherine, the Persona Dancing series and Persona Q2, they are also part of the 40 DLC included in the launch of Persona 5 Royal for Windows and Xbox. All 40 DLCs for Persona 5 on Xbox will be available from the start of the player’s game, which could mean additional content will already be built into the game.
