INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 170 grams of vanilla cookies previously ground in the 2GO glass!
- 250 g of Chihuahua cheese in pieces
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of halved figs
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Mix the butter with the vanilla cookies and knead until you have a manageable paste and cover the bottom and walls of the pie with it.
- Blend the Chihuahua cheese with the milk and eggs. Pour over the pie crust and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
