A microcar conquered the world in the middle of the 20th century. The BMW Isetta it became a mobility alternative for cities that were in full expansion. It was compact and certainly rare: with a round silhouette and its only front door.
Fifty years later, its successor arrives on the market with an electric motorization and a much more technological interior. Its production will now be carried out by the Italian company Micro Mobility Systems, who named his project as Microlino 2.0.
The car had already been advertised since 2018But, for one thing or another, its production had been delayed until now.

The company has already presented the third prototype that will be the one that will begin to be produced soon in Turin, italy, and will have batteries that will allow you to travel 126 or 200 kilometers on a single charge, in addition to reaching a maximum speed of 90 kilometers per hour, just enough to move comfortably in any city.
The Microlino 2.0 It will incorporate a folding roof, digital instrument panel and a small touch screen to control the air conditioning.
Since its presentation in 2018, the Microlino has been refining its appearance, now it looks much more aerodynamic and with much thinner posts that improve visibility for the driver.
Its manufacturer ensures that it already has everything to start production. So soon, very soon, the descendant of that particular BMW will be seen again on the streets.
