The Beaverton-based company has several years designing, testing and styling their latest technology for the official launch.
This is the Nike Phantom Luna, special for the Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand 2023
The model is simple in its presentation, with a predominantly white color, Nike’s signature swoosh in black with orange and the front of the sole in orange. On the back appears the name of the silhouette, Phantom Luna.
The key is in the technology. It has an important traction pattern, thanks to the Nike Cyclone 360 tools, with circular studs on the forefoot and heel. According to Nike, it allows for greater confidence in multidirectional cuts on the court.
The Nike Phantom Luna also feature larger contact zones on the upper of Nike GripKnit, sticky to the touch while remaining flexible to the foot.
The heel also stands out for its elasticity in the middle part of the foot, ideal for slightly damp short-grass pitches.
His neck finally provides more coverage to reduce traction, reducing the risks of ligament injuries.
These shoes are available from the end of June for a value of 275 dollars, both on the official Nike page and in selected retail stores.
