NFTNYC, one of the largest non-fungible token (NFT) events of the year, prepares to open its doors for the fourth year, celebrating the diversity of NFTs in sixteen sectors, including art, film, sports and the sale of tickets.
The blockbuster event, taking place June 20-23, will be a global melting pot for everyone in the NFT world, featuring 1,500 speakers across panels, talks, garden chats, and hundreds of pop-up events. Attendance figures are expected to soar from 5,600 last year to more than 15,000 this time around.
Cointelegraph spoke with NFTNYC co-founder and VP of growth Jodee Rich and Quinn Button, respectively, as well as Web3 entrepreneur Michael Litman, to learn their expectations for the New York event. Speaking of the ubiquitous community of NFT fans scheduled to converge on The Big Apple, Rich proudly shared that it is a “very diverse and eclectic audience”:
“Our thing is to give the community a voice. That’s what we’ve wanted to do from the beginning. We’re not a celebrity-hunting event, we want the community to feel like it’s a place where they can be on stage and talk. with the rest of the community.
