Less than a week to go until the release of Cult of the Lamban indie game developed by Massive Monster and published by Return Digital which shows us what it would be like to lead a cult. Cult of the Lamb is coming to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4, and Steam on August 11.
The new trailer for Cult of the Lamb shows us what our cult camp looks like, but its focus is on combat, specifically the bosses we’ll encounter in procedural dungeons. Cult of the Lamb has 4 main bosses called Bishops, whom we must defeat so that they do not interfere with the sect.
Also: 6 features of Nissan e-power technology that explain how it works.
Devolver Digital has been running a series called Sermons of the Lamb where they show off the different aspects of the Cult of the Lamb and in this week’s episode it was our turn to take a look at the bosses. The four bishops of Cult of the Lamb are infidels who will not hesitate to attack us when they reach the end of their zone.
Each bishop of the Cult of the Lamb is in charge of an area and our duty is to find them to end their reign, claiming their territory and the worshipers we find for our sect. Worshipers can be recruited when you save their lives in dungeons, but you can also recruit others who need to take a beating before they listen to reason.
Gather adepts to increase the strength of the sect and your skills as a leader, as you will need all the power necessary to take down the four bishops. The boss design looks amazing but Massive Monster didn’t reveal what the final boss will look like, so we’ll have to wait until next week when the game arrives to start our adventure to find out.
