Santander was present on social networks, confirming this problem and offering a couple of solutions, including the window withdrawals, cardless withdrawals and the extension of hours in the different branches to attend the window.

The image of Santander the danger
It’s been almost a week since the faults reported by users of BBVAHowever, its users still seem to be annoyed by this situation since it affected them in their daily activities, so the proposed solution with which it seeks to compensate them has not been entirely well received by them.
A similar situation could arise with Santander, however, with BBVA’s previous experience, they could have learned how to do a better crisis management, since their first response was given a short time after the first cases were reported. At the moment it seems to be handling the situation correctly, however, let us remember that one failure is enough to win stones from users.
The failure from Santander It has already been etched in the minds of consumers. Will they choose a strategy to seek to remedy the inconveniences as BBVA did?
