A new Halo Infinite leak, coming courtesy of the game files for Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, and PC, has apparently revealed the full list of weapons in the game, and incidentally some never-before-seen weapons that, or Either they will be revealed between now and the game’s release this December, they will remain as surprises, or they were scrapped at some point in the game’s tortuous development. If this new Halo Infinite leak is true, as it appears to be, the game will feature a total of 22 weapons.
It remains to be seen if this will be the number of weapons that will be at launch. Again, some of these weapons may have been scrapped or reserved for post-game launch support. Either way, the list of weapons includes two that players have never seen, the Cindershot and the Disruptor.

New Halo Infinite leak reveals never-before-seen weapons
Because the weapons from the new Halo Infinite leak are in the game files, dataminers have been able to get hold of them through custom matches. As you can see in the video posted by the user Citrus the Disruptor appears to be some kind of handgun that makes use of electricity. For its part, the Cindershot fires spheres of energy that bounce and are explosive. In addition to displaying these two weapons, the video also shows some weapons returning from previous games, like the Hyrda.

Until now 343 Industries and Xbox have not commented on the leak. This is not likely to change. That said, while there is little room to doubt the validity of the leak, the implications, conclusions, and speculations it has created should be viewed with caution. Data breaches can sometimes be misleading.
