Less than a month ago we saw the first preview of the fourth and final season of ‘Ozark’. Already then it was announced that the new episodes of the series starring Jason Bateman and Laura Linney would not arrive until 2022, but it has not been until now that the platform has released a trailer to announce its release date: the January 21 next year.
Divided in two
It will be then when Netflix launches the first batch of episodes of the end of the series, because ‘Ozark’ will say goodbye with a longer season than usual. Specifically, they will be 14 new episodes instead of the 10 we were used to. And of course, the platform has taken the opportunity to divide its premiere in two.
Among the novelties of ‘Ozark’ facing its final season, the signings of Bruno Bichir, Katrina Lenk, CC Castillo, Eric Ladin, Alfonso Herrera, Adam Rothenberg, Bruce Davison, Veronica Falcón and Ali stroker. It remains to be seen what role they will all play in the Byrde family’s latest adventure.
Obviously, Bateman and Linney continue to lead the cast, also counting on the return of Sofia Hublitz, Skylar Gaertner, Julia Garner and Felix Solis. At least during this first half of season four, which most likely will not all make it to the end of ‘Ozark’ alive …
