Neal Adams, the artist behind the change that revolutionized Batman and its mythology in the 1970s, died last Thursday.
DC Comics and the publishing industry are mourning. Neal Adams died, legendary cartoonist and who defined the aesthetics of Batman from the 70s, and who along with Denny O’Neal were part of an important era in the history of the Dark Knight.

Neal Adams died last Thursday in New York City, derived from complications of sepsis, as reported by Marilyn Adams, his wife, in a report shared by The Hollywood Reporter.
Adam was the architect of the creation of characters such as Man-Bat and Ra’s Al Ghul, villains that marked an era in Batman’s history, as well as the creation of The Joker’s Five-Way Revenge, a story that redefined the rivalry between Batman and Joker .
Neal Adams’ work with Batman helped redesign the Dark Knight in the 1970s, where the Bat-Man marked his timeline emanating from the television series starring Adam West.
