Myth: Female orgasm only happens with penetration
At this point in life we should all know that the clitoris is essential for most female orgasms. So those typical “positions you’ll love” articles are useless if the positions in question don’t make it easy to stimulate the clitoris.
Reality: It’s easy to fake an orgasm
However, thanks to the feminist revolution we are experiencing, fewer and fewer women are doing it. Time has taught us that women don’t have to pretend just to make us feel good about our manhood.
Myth: Women need orgasms to have fulfilling sex lives.
There are many women who have never had an orgasm in their life, and that does not mean that they are miserable. Sex has many wonderful things – foreplay, intimacy – that make it enjoyable.
Reality: There is food that increases the chances of orgasm
We associate testosterone with men, but actually this is the hormone that controls sexual desire in women. Foods low in carbohydrates and high in protein (eggs, dairy, fish) increase testosterone. Another food that helps hormonally, due to the dopamine it releases, is dark chocolate.
Myth: Women have multiple orgasms.
Yes, but not all. In fact, it is estimated that only a minority (between 15 and 47 percent, depending on the study consulted) have had them, and most of them do so after short periods of rest. It must be taken into account that after an orgasm, the clitoris is extremely sensitive so stimulating it would be uncomfortable for many women. However, sometimes men expect them to continue, because we are not informed about it.
