My Hero Academiathe manga series written and illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi, has as one of its most interesting characters Eijiro Kirishima, inspiration for a beautiful cosplay bodypaint viralized on the Internet.
This one-shot was adapted into a VOMIC that launched on January 11, 2015, which popularized the manga globally. The story takes place in a world where 80 percent of the population have developed gifts, thus emerging heroes and villains.
In addition to narrating the adventures of Izuku Midoriya, the protagonist, My Hero Academia also brought us Kirishima, also known as the resistant hero or Red Riot, who is a UA Academy’s Class 1-A student, who is training to become a Pro Hero.
Interestingly, this character is considered a boisterous and outgoing type with a fondness for the concept of masculinity. Few have imagined it turned into a woman.
The female version of Kirishima
It was the Spanish model Yaiza Perez, known on social networks for dedicating herself to the art of cosplay, both with costumes and body makeup. This time, she painted her body to become Kirishima.
“I didn’t know who to wear makeup and decided on Kirishima when I was buying hairpins at the bazaar. The truth is that he is one of the characters I like the most from My Hero Academia. I hope you like the result, I wanted to make it more different than the many Kirishimas I’ve seen”, wrote the content creator in the post.
As we can observe, the cosplayer matches the red eyes and hair color of the My Hero Academia character. Besides, his version of the student’s Hero Suit is very interestingwith the two dark red gear-shaped shoulder pads and the guard that borders his nose and jaw, an extra piece that goes through the bridge of his nose, and some spiked pieces around his mouth that resemble small fangs.
