It’s clear that My Hero Academia has tons of professionals under its control, heroes and characters wholesale, but its creators know that they are not the only heroes out there, which is why over the years the franchise has introduced other saviors to fans, and in its prequel My Hero Academia: Watchmen it was one of its biggest gateways.
Well, within the fandom, the vigilante knuckle duster has become a sort of stand-in for Batman for the manga, and new artwork has come out promoting the fighter, so as you can see, Betten Court He has shared a great new sketch with us.
And it is that, recently this artist behind the My Hero Academia prequel shared an alternative design for Knuckleduster, and makes it look even more terrifying, and take a more Batman-like style, but for some reason, we are sure that BruceWayne I’d approve of her new look… don’t you think?
This sketch shows Iwao Oguro in a simple outfit that shows off his twisted scars and muscular physique, where the vigilante wears his hair short and as you can see, he shows off a strong jaw line that is almost impossible to miss, he is dressed in a tank top, and Knuckleduster is armed with wristbands and cargo pants along with a pickaxe, so if Batman is looking to bring more fighters into the family, this hero would do the job, no problem.
It is clear that Knuckleduster would not want to join, since according to the author of Watchmen, who is the one who launched the comparison of the character with Batman and for good reason, because like Bruce he wants to restore Gotham by helping those who have been left aside, Iwao does the same, so he won’t leave his corner of Japan for nothing, and honestly, that’s the main reason fans are so eager for My Hero Academia to give the vigilante his own anime series, or at least more action.
