Did you know that Bizum allows you to send or request money to several people at the same time? If you need to carry out a multiple transfer, take note because we explain how to do it step by step.
Bizum has revolutionized mobile payments. The platform greatly simplifies and speeds up the task of sending money between individuals, and is increasingly used to pay in establishments or professional services. For this reason, it is not surprising that Bizum has doubled its users in the last year.
The transfer between individuals is one of the most common Bizum operations. Thanks to the platform, accounting with your friends and family has never been easier, since you can send the money in a couple of clicks and the recipient receives it in a matter of seconds.
Although we use this service a lot, to this day there are still many things that we do not know can be done with Bizum. Multiple operation is one of these little known but very useful functions that you are interested in knowing.
Bizum’s multiple transfer allows you to send or request money to several people at the same time. This is an especially interesting feature when asking for money from members of a large group, since this way you do not have to do different individual operations.
Suppose, for example, that you have dined with a group of friends, you have paid and the other guests have agreed to make you a Bizum. Instead of telling each one individually what they have to pay you, it’s faster and easier to make a multiple request for everyone to receive.
These are the steps you have to follow:
- Enter the Bizum section of your bank’s app and tap on the option to request money.
- Add the amount, write a message (if you wish, it is not mandatory), and add recipients manually or from your phonebook by clicking the + button.
- The number of recipients is limited. The general limit that Bizum establishes is 30 people, although your bank may be more restrictive (BBVA, for example, limits it to a maximum of 10 recipients).
Multiple operations not only allow you to request money, but also send a shipment to multiple recipients at the same time. Yes indeed, the concept and the amount of money requested or sent must be the same, otherwise you will have to do different operations.
