A few months ago, Marty O’Donnell and Mike Salvatori, who composed the soundtrack for the first Halo titles, announced that they had sued Microsoft for not paying them royalties for the last 20 years.
Now, we can announce that Microsoft has resolved its legal problems with the Halo soundtrackas announced by Marty O’Donnell himself through his account Twitter.

Everything points to the fact that, despite the fact that initially they had not reached an agreement (as the plaintiffs themselves explained at the time), both parties have finally been able to reach an agreement that has been satisfactory to all.
Microsoft solves its legal problems with the soundtrack of Halo
Halo Infinite has been the last title of the saga to go on sale, this time with a soundtrack composed by Gareth Coker, Curtis Schweitzer and Joel Corelitz. The title is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Microsoft Windows.
