The Redmond giant is still shopping and has acquired Clear Software, a provider of integration products and business processes with emphasis on SAP and Oracle connectivity. Microsoft announced the purchase of Clear Software on October 22 and is not disclosing the price paid.
Clear Software an acquisition to empower Microsoft’s Power Platform
Microsoft workers find that access to the Clear Software API and knowledge of back-end systems will strengthen the integration between Power Platform and external systems. The company’s products offer more than 100 connections built for SAP and Oracle and can be customized for the needs of each organization. This will be integrated with Microsoft’s Power Platform. These are a low-code / no-code toolkit for “Anyone” which includes Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
