The return of Michael Keaton as Batman wowed the audience at Cinemacon, which was able to enjoy an exclusive preview of The Flash
The Flash is one of the most anticipated movies in the DC Universe, not only because it is the first solo adventure of the Scarlet Speedster on the big screen, but also because of the return of Michael Keaton as Batman.

Within the framework of Cinemacon 2022, Warner Bros. Pictures shared a first preview of The Flash, which conquered the audience for the scenes shown from the film directed by Andrés Muschietti.
Special mention deserves the reappearance of Michael Keaton as Batman, who interacts with Barry Allen / Flash, including references to the 1989 Tim Burton tapes, with lines like “You want to go crazy?! Go! Let’s get Crazy!”.
Another detail that captivated the audience is the presence of seven Batman suits in the Batcave where Keaton’s version operates, where Barry Allen travels through the Multiverse.
But age is not at odds with the mission of bringing justice, and Keaton operates a version of the Batcycle.
What does Michael Keaton think of his return as Batman?
“When it came up again, I was curious about it. I thought, ‘Wow, what would that be like?’ And then, coincidentally, there were whispers, I got a call from Warner Bros. They wanted to talk to me about something, and there were hints of Batman”…I think it was something else regarding Batman…I got a call later saying, ‘We want to read something’. I just thought: ‘Of course you have to do this’”, declared Michael Keaton in recent weeks for The Jess Cagle Show.
With the script by Christina Hodson, The Flash will be directed by Argentine filmmaker Andrés Muschetti and will have Ezra Miller in the role of Barry Allen / Flash.
Also present will be Sasha Calle as Supergirl, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, and Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck, both as Bruce Wayne / Batman.
The Flash will hit theaters on June 23, 2023.
