The medal that ended the metal collection was given this Saturday, regarding the bronze achieved by Rosa Castro in the discipline of Discus Throwing F38, where she also registered a Paralympic record.
With a total of 22 medals, it significantly exceeds the figure achieved in Rio 2016 (15) and London 2012 (21).

In the 1980 Paralympic edition held in Arnhem, the Netherlands, has historically been the case with the highest harvest of medals, with a total of 42.
The Paralympic Olympic Committee congratulated the athletes for this new brand and their effort.
