In a shocking turn of events, marvel comics just revealed yes Uatu the Watcher would never have interfered with the first visit of Galactus to the earth, fantastic four they would have killed the villain forever. He picked it up like this ScreenRant in his web page. At number one Reckoning War: Trial of the Watcher, the Watchers put Uatu on trial. He proves in that litigation what could have happened if he hadn’t intervened on our planet during “The Coming of Galactus” story arc. The answer is very simple: it made things worse than they actually would have been.
The alternate history in which Galactus dies
Reckoning War: Trial of the Watcher is created by Dan Slott, Javier Rodriguez and Joe Carmagna. In the first issue of it, Uatu asks his fellow Watchers to intervene after Reckoning wreaks a series of terrifying havoc on the marvel universe. However, his pleas go unheeded. The rest of Watchmen shows what would happen if they made things worse by breaking their oath and intervening in the story. These Watchers show him a timeline where Uatu never warned the Fantastic Four about Galactus’s arrival. In that alternate line, the cosmic villain nearly destroyed Earth. Fortunately, reed richards he reverse engineered it, creating a nullification ray which he used to kill Galactus once and for all.
As you can see, the Fantastic 4 achieved the impossible in this alternative Marvel universe and ended the life of Galactus. One of the most important villains in the history of the publisher. Along the way, they freed Silver Surfer; quite a detail. Galactus’ defeat leads to a utopia on our planet. The Fantastic Four use their free time and brainpower to end world hunger, clean up pollution, and create limitless energy. In that sense, Uatu is surprised to learn that his intervention changed our planet forever and in a tremendously significant way.
