What is the series about?

Eleanor lives with a man named Mark, who gets the lifeblood that Eleanor needs to drink, as she was bitten by a vampire ten years ago.
Little by little suspicions begin to arise, as some of Mark’s attempts to collect blood go wrong. The number of missing persons and attempted robberies in the neighborhood is on the rise. So when Mark can’t bring her the blood she needs, Eleanor begins the nightly hunt for her. But soon things get out of control.
As mentioned above, this series is based on the 2004 original novel Let the Right One Inwritten by John Ajvide Lindqvist. Of her have been made two film adaptations. A swedish namesake in 2008, and a American in 2010 with the title Let Me In.

“I’m not a big fan of remakes. But yes to re-explore anything. In this case, it’s all about the vision they have to make this different, attractive, to make it fresh. It’s very powerful for people who are fans of the original story and even for people who aren’t.”
