It has been a very good time since Sony offered some kind of news related to the scandal of LittleBigPlanet. In case you forgot, an annoying fan launched an attack DDOS on LittleBigPlanet 3, disabling their servers completely. Although Sony XDEV He said he was already investigating the issues, it seems they have been forced to disable them completely in almost every title in the series.

In a new statement from the official account of LittleBigPlanet on Twitter, mentioned that online services for LBP 1, 2, and 3 (your PS3 version), and LBP PS Vita have been permanently disabled.

The good news is that LittleBigPlanet 3 continues to have all its online functionalities in PS4 thanks to a new patch, so you can keep playing, creating and sharing with the community. However, the servers for the old titles have been disabled to “protect the community.”

Some things worth noting: all levels published online through old games will still be accessible on LBP 3 on PS4. Also, you can still play the story modes and DLC from past installments. If you want to play LittleBigPlanet online and take a look at the community levels, then your only option will be LBP 3 on PS4.
