Given the recent changes in the Marvel Studios release schedule for 2022 and 2023, the president of the studio, Kevin Feige explains that he led the House of Ideas to make these changes
One of the news that impacted fans on social networks is the decision by Marvel Studios to change the release dates of five of its next six films, something that the president of the study, Kevin Feige spoke about.

As a result of the pandemic, Marvel Studios suffered a major modification to its release schedule, since Black Widow, the film that started phase four of the MCU, was released a year later than originally scheduled.
Interviewed by Variety at the world premiere of Eternals, Kevin Feige explained that the new delay suffered by the Marvel Studios premieres are only due to strategic issues.

“They are production shifts and changes, and because we have so many spaces, we can just change them … All Marvel spaces are the same, we are only changing the movies that come out”.
The first Marvel Studios movie in 2022 will be Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which will now premiere on May 6, leaving a five-month gap between premieres.
“Strange has moved in for six weeks, so instead of there being three months between Marvel movies, there will be five months between Marvel movies, and I think we can all handle that.”.
Following changes to the Marvel Studios release schedule, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (May 6, 2022), Thor: Love and Thunder (July 8, 2022) and Black Panther: Wakanda will hit theaters in 2022. Forever (November 11, 2022).
