One of the figures that protect the Multiverse, Man-Thing, could appear within the plot of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Maddnes
With the conclusion of the first season of Loki, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has welcomed him to the Multiverse. And with this concept could come several characters that have not yet debuted in Marvel Studios tapes and series, including Man-Thing, who would appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

In the comics, Man-Thing debuted in the pages of Savage Tales # 1 (May, 1971). Dr. Ted Sallis was working on the replica of the Super-Soldier serum, until he learned that AIM was behind the job.
Sallis is betrayed by destroying all evidence of his work, injecting the only sample of the serum, with which he thought he would be saved. But when he suffered an accident while driving his car, he fell into a swamp, where the waters of the place transformed him into a creature with a connection to the vegetable kingdom.
Although Man-thing’s superhuman strength, speed, intelligence, durability, and immortality give the monster his powers, it is his spiritual ability that makes him immune to any other disease.
Man-Thing, the guardian of the Nexus?
That is why Man-Thing has become one of the guardians of the Nexus, the door to different realities, which have entered a major conflict after Sylvie murders Immortus, the variant of Kang the Conqueror.
Incredible as it may seem, Man-Thing is already part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as his face is featured on the monument to the champions of the Grandmaster, the insane sovereign of the planet Sakaar.
The horror nature of Man-Thing fits the horror movie profile that Sam Raimi seeks for the second Sorcerer Supreme film,
Directed by Sam Raimi, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will feature performances by Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gómez, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will hit theaters on March 25, 2022.
