The iPhone SE 4the next generation of Apple’s low cost cell phone, has not been officially announced, but it seems that it will be a reality, after images and specifications of the smartphone will be leaked on the Internet.
We are not yet sure if it will be called SE 4 or SE 2023, but rumors suggest that will be based on the successful iPhone XRa statement that was confirmed by Jon Prosser, one of the most respected insiders in the industry.
Via FrontPageTech, his YouTube channel, Prosser noted that the fourth-generation iPhone SE would share the design of the 2018 iPhone XR.
However, according to what is cited in the report of IB Timesthe source is still unsure about the specs and insides of the device.
iPhone SE 4 rendering
Citing an anonymous source and using information from Prosser, the Apple concept graphic designer and Twitter user who goes by Ian Zelbo, showed a 3D render of the supposed next iPhone.
As for its release date, it would be sometime in the spring of 2023. TF International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted this when he said the new iPhone SE could come out as early as next year.
On the specifications or features, Prosser stated that since the iPhone SE 4 would adopt the design of the 2018 iPhone XR, would keep the 6.1 inch screen.
Apple usually unveils its flagship series in September, as it did this year with the new iPhone 14s, while the iPhone SEs have been revealed in March or April, so it’s likely to stick to this route for 2023.
The company has kept its low cost model in stores to stay in this market segment, in which customers prefer to pay less money for a good cell phone.
