The story of IOS offices started 15 years ago with a dream: To make the best cowork in Mexico with an environment of productivity, happiness and first class infrastructure. Today there are 40 business centers in 12 cities in the country.
The two brilliant minds of this company are the brothers Adrián and Javier García, creators of iOS Network Summitan event that brings together a business community for a full day of networking and conferences on topics such as leadership, investments, technology, cybersecurity, marketing, innovation, new work cultures and cryptocurrencies.
At iOS Network Summit 2022, Adrian Garcia, president of IOS Offices, gave the welcome saying that he firmly believes that when people connect, they are happier; and then he introduced Alejandro Reiter and Luis Méndez with whom he began collaborating 15 years ago.

The agenda
Juan Carlos Zuazúa, CEO of Viva Aerobus gave the first “Lead with purpose” conference, in which he shared the airline’s objective. “We want people to have fun, do business and connect with loved ones by constantly lowering the cost of their airline ticket.” And, what have they done so that his collaborators believe in that purpose? 5 things: Treat people well, communication, lead by example, inclusion, and recognize, celebrate and have fun.
In the panel “Connecting entrepreneurs with funds and angel investors” he participated as moderator Paul Geluda, founding partner and CEO of Business Republic. “We invest in the early stages of companies that are solving challenges in Latin America, but that have at least one woman on their founding team or that the products or services they offer benefit women,” explained Mariana. “We invest whenever we see technological innovation, problem solving, scalability and impact in Latin America and North America”, said Adriana. IOS Offices also has its own club of angel investors called Angel Fund.
In the panel “Advantages of Word of Mouth Marketing and Networking” was Georgina Rodriguezdirector of marketing for Uber Mexico, Ivan Perezmarketing head MX Clara, Daniela Ortizformer marketing VP Avon and Alexandra Castillo, director of marketing for Kidzania; who agreed that the consumer is king. Therefore, you have to be close to him, listen to him constantly in order to connect and meet his expectations.
In the “Employee Engagement & Purpose” panel, he participated Lucas Melman as moderator. He is country manager Mexico in Betterfly. A Space for Mexico is a contest that began in 2017 as an initiative of IOS offices to promote high-potential ventures in the country. This year, 187 projects were evaluated and 6 finalists were chosen:
