The latest version of the operating system from Apple, iOS 15 removes the Do Not Disturb mode as we knew it until now. For many this is nonsense and for others it represents more customization, we will tell you what are the functions that replace it.
The mode Do not disturb iPhone, iPad or Mac disappears with the arrival of iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and macOS Monterey. Now, there is a new function called “Concentration“which includes several customization options so as not to be disturbed.
The Concentration mode of iOS 15 allows you to configure exactly what notifications and calls you want to receive; for example: at home, at work, at the gym, at night, etc. In addition, it includes a filter by contacts for notifications of messages from iMessage, but not for other apps like WhatsApp and Telegram.

Even before iOS 15, do not disturb mode, it allowed you to choose between silencing incoming calls and notifications at all times or only when the iPhone was locked.

If you chose the second option, when it is locked, you did not miss any notification when using the phone, this is what the mode no longer allows IOS 15 Concentration and this is the main annoyance of many users.
Secondly, for Concentration mode there are several ways to access settings, which has also annoyed some users.
However, Concentration mode can be easily configured from the Settings app on the iPhone or iPad. In the Concentration section you will find four modes: Rest, Do Not Disturb, Personal and Work.
There you can enable or disable “Sharing between devices” so that when you activate a mode on one device it will also be activated on the rest. The next option is “State of concentration “, from there you can decide which apps will be active; and also, you can activate or deactivate the “Automatic answer “, to inform your contacts that you are not available, and without receiving notifications.
Finally you will see the Phone calls setting, there you can “Allow repeat calls”, that is, those that call twice in less than 3 minutes and allow calls from some groups of contacts.
