Invicta Electric continues to work on expanding its range and improving its product offering. The leading Spanish brand for the distribution of electric vehicles with numerous mobility solutions for urban and suburban travel, has announced that its line of electric bicycles has been completed. It has been introduced in Spain new Invicta Electric Troky bike.
The new “e-bike” from Invicta Electric stands out for its hybrid design in which the concept of an urban bike is combined with a mountain bike. The result is obvious to the eye. In addition, it also stands out for its wide range of action and, as we will see later, for its sale price and its benefits. Let’s go into detail.
Invicta Electric Troky, a light electric bike for any terrain
This bike wears some 26 inch wheels wrapped by some mixed tires. The brand emphasizes that they offer an extraordinary compromise between handling and stability. The new Troky can be used as a vehicle for regular trips (to work, for example) and for leisure on any terrain.
Another of the main characteristics of the Troky is its low weight. It stands at 22 kilograms, so it is below the usual in pedal-assist bicycles. It also has an ergonomic saddle, Zoom disc brakes and a six-speed Shimano Tourney derailleur. By the way, among its equipment there is a bell and front lighting.
The autonomy of the Invicta Electric Troky electric bicycle
As it is an electric bicycle, the propulsion system is the center of attention. The Troky bike equips a 180W rear hub motor. A motor powered by the energy stored in a 360 kW lithium-ion battery located just above the down tube. The autonomy reaches 50 kilometers. The assistance speed is limited to 25 km/h.
It is important to point out that the battery is removable and thus the charging process is greatly facilitated. Using a domestic plug it will take 3 to 4 hours to fully recharge the battery.
On the left side of the handlebar the control panel has been installed. The user can activate the management mode, switch on the front lighting, check the battery charge level and, very importantly, select the motor assistance mode. There are three available motor assist modes of the Troky bike:
- Low (Bass). The motor offers up to 40% of its maximum power
- Med (Medium). The engine delivers up to 70% of its maximum power.
- High (Tall). The engine offers all its maximum power.
