Requirements for Humanitarian Parole in the USA
The Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) indicates that in order to start the process, the interested party must have a valid passport, in addition to a sponsor in the United States, who is willing to request the participation of the person in the humanitarian parole.
In addition, the sponsor must demonstrate that they have the financial resources to support the stay for two years. USCIS announced the opening for immigrants who entered the country and who obtained a temporary stay permit (“parolees”) to process their work permit online with Form I-765.
